I purchased a theme for $69.00 and the funds already left my account so i know it went through. How long does the process take?

I can see your payment but it’s on hold in Paypal.
Contact paypal for the reason, it’s not from our end. It’s from you.

I contacted them they said there is no hold on any payments?
