Hello there Sincityhosting,
First of all thank you for your purchase.
The theme is working fine from our end, can you please tell me all the steps you have done to install this theme?
Also do you mean the HTML/PHP theme or the Blesta integration theme?

I downloaded Odin Blesta v5.9 in Blesta it works but on HTML - it doesn't work at all
